4. Receive list(s) of MLS properties (all Realtor's listings) matching your search criteria via e-mail.

5. Search New Homes online.

6. Visit your favorite homes with a Buyer Rebates Realty agent.

7. Receive DAILY updates of new MLS listings via e-mail.

8. Have your Buyer Rebates Realty agent prepare and submit your offer.

9. Secure financing.

10. Schedule inspections.

11. Sign the closing documents.

12. Receive your house keys and rebate check at closing.
